Sharon Brunsher Washed Fragment

Sharon Brunsher was born in 1972 in Ramat Gan.She studied at the Industrial Design Program of theDesign and Architecture Workshop. Brunsher’s journey in the design and art world started in 2005 and continues to this day with her eponymous design and lifestyle brand. Since 2013, she has also been leading the paper brand Papier. Alongside her artistic practice, Brunsher works as a design, creative, and art consultant and curator. In the last years, she has been dividing her life between Israel and France.

Brunsher has always incorporated diverse disciplines in her practice, merging them seamlessly and harmoniously, and marrying passion with a research-oriented approach. She manipulates various materials, playing tricks, and engaging in a dialogue with them using almost lab-like methods that lend themselves to fascinating and powerful outcomes.

In her current exhibition at Zemack Gallery, Brunsher created a fascinating world where she draws inspiration from all creative disciplines she has worked with, weaving extensivepractice that spans many years into one, contemporary, story.

שרון ברונשר נולדה בשנת 1972 ב-רמת גן. היא בוגרת הסדנא לעיצוב ואדריכלות במגמת עיצוב תעשייתי. מסעה של ברונשר בעולם העיצוב והאמנות החל בשנת 2005 וממשיך עד היום עם מותג הנושא את שמה בתחום העיצוב והלייפסטייל. כמו כן אחראית משנת 2013 ועד היום על מותג הנייר "פאפייר". במקביל לעיסוקה כאמנית יוצרת, עוסקת ברונשר בייעוץ אומנותי, עיצוב וקריאייטיב ואוצרות. בשנים האחרונה מחלקת את זמנה בין ישראל לצרפת

במהלך כל שנות פעילותה, משלבת ברונשר בעשייתה דיסציפלינות שונות וממזגת אותן בהרמוניה וקוהרנטיות. ברונשר יוצרת ממקום של תשוקה מחד ושל מחקר מאידך. היא יוצרת מניפולציות במגוון חומרים, מתחכמת איתם ומנהלת איתם שיח בדרכים כמעט מעבדתיות היוצרות תוצאות מרתקות ועוצמתיות

בתערוכה הנוכחית בגלריית זימאק יצרה ברונשר עולם מרתק בו היא שואבת השראה מכל תחומי היצירה בהם עסקה במהלך השנים, מכנסת עשייה רבת שנים לידי סיפור אחד, עכשווי
